Occupied and operating outpatient surgery center for Stanford Hospital and Clinics. The project involved installing a new air handler unit and condensing units on the roof to provide additional cooling capacity and redundancy for the existing system. The new air handling unit became the primary unit serving the space while transitioning the existing AHU as a backup. Extensive BMS SOO integration with the new and redundant unit interfacing with the existing and new sensors and devises to provide a high level of automation and control of the system.
