Close collaboration with the architect and owner allowed this project to achieve the desired level of quality and finishes while maintaining a very tight budget.
This project consists of a tenant improvement in a nine-story building. The build out required the construction of a new wall and glazing configuration, ceiling and power/data work, and finishes.
