The group is looking for opportunities to build a better workplace, by bringing awareness on how to align good intentions and impact. Conscious Inclusion is our response to our unconscious bias.
Cultural Steering Committee
The Cultural Steering Committee is where we align on and push forward our most essential cultural initiatives. Also serves as the reporting structure for the other clubs and committees at Dome.
Philanthropy Committee
Provides employees with meaningful volunteer opportunities through assisting local non-profit organizations. Focused on at-risk youth and inspiriting participation in community development.
Women's Leadership Committee
Formed to connect the inner network of Dome women in the field and office to help support and mentor each other. The committee plans events and topics for quarterly events being held.
Dome Grown Events Committee
The DGE Committee organizes various company events for Domites to socialize and get to know each other. Dome Grown Events exists to promote and encourage accessible and inclusive engagement & extracurricular opportunities within Dome.
Mentoring Program
The mentoring program was created to connect employees across groups and departments, expanding learning, growth, and connection between the mentor and the mentee.
