Our Commitment
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement
Value Our People – Seek To Understand – Do It Right
These Core Values are the very foundation of who we are and what we do at Dome Construction. These values guide our ongoing commitment to building a workplace that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Our vision is to create an environment where everyone at Dome has a voice, sees opportunity, thrives, and can be who they are.
Beginning in 2018, we committed to prioritizing our diversity and inclusion both within Dome Construction and within the larger construction industry. As inequities and discrimination continue to prevail in our country and our industry, we know we can do more, and we will do more.
Join us in making a difference for equity in the construction industry.
