Design build office and lab tenant improvement consisting of new wet laboratory spaces with glass storefront entrances, hard lid ceilings, new lighting, MEP upgrades and lab furnishings and equipment. New walk-in freezer and refrigerator, conversion of an existing data center to a IRL reference library with chest freezers, office upgrades including new data, AV, security, access controls systems and finishes. Exterior ADA improvements and warehouse upgrades including a new partition to separate the loading dock area from climate controlled storage.
