New cutting edge cGMP manufacturing labs, clean rooms, warehouse and modern office spaces encompassing a new monumental, multi-floor stadium seating staircase. Strong use of LEAN collaborative planning sessions with 40+ trade partners, complete replacement of all MEP utilities and a new utility yard – where foundation piles were driven 175 ft into bedrock.
