Tenant improvement of four floors (27, 28, 29, & 30) located at 595 Market. Project delivered a warm shell condition from the landlord. The space includes an existing staircase that will receive upgraded finishes. Programming will include a mix of open office seating, private offices & conference rooms. The space will also include an all hands/multi-use area, pantries on each floor, and auxiliary restrooms. Dedicated spaces will be built for Benefit’s specialized teams including quality assurance and creative services.
