This project was a build-out of the interior and exterior restaurant space in an existing building, at the patio level of the Chase Center. Interior modifications include a full commercial kitchen, (3) unisex restrooms, & extensive millwork and structural upgrades. Exterior modifications to the existing building included new mechanical equipment at roof penthouse and new exterior signage. In addition, modifications to the existing patio include new plumbing and electrical infrastructure for the permanent, self-contained Airstream trailer bar, and new fixed and movable seating, as well as new service stations.
