MEP Design-Build project included four floors of high-end, creatively designed tenant improvement of an office suite space. Installation of new partitions, millwork, countertops, and fixtures. Extensive millwork, lighting, and custom finishes throughout. Installation of card readers at elevator lobby and other locations.
