Cold shell build-out of a medical office including four separate clinics. These included Executive Health, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pediatric Diabetes, and Neurology. Work was done on a compressed schedule working directly above active operating rooms and below a clean room robotic drug packaging facility. This was a LEED Gold certification project with high-end finishes such as Terrazzo flooring, stone surfaces, extensive millwork and acoustical plaster.
