The T. Rowe Price project is located on the 25th floor of 333 Bush Street in downtown San Francisco.
This tenant improvement was constructed in two phases in an occupied space. Designed by Gensler and managed by JLL, this buildout includes new offices and conference rooms along with a new feature reception and pantry with high-end finishes. MEP systems and lighting were also upgraded.
This project is currently in the process of attaining LEED Certification.
Lean practices contributed to a successful completion on schedule.
