This 20-week, fast-track project included twenty exam rooms, four offices and consult rooms, a conference room, three lab and procedure rooms, four restrooms, a radiology and physical therapy room, a staff lounge and kitchenette, a storage room and a mechanical and IDF room. This was an OSHPD-3 and B-occupancy space.
