Complete remodel of an existing office space into a clinic and outpatient surgery facility. All partitions, flooring, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems were removed from the space. Work included all-new finishes including exterior storefront glazing with louvers, flooring, paint, casework, acoustical ceiling tile system, doors and hardware, fire sprinkler system and light fixtures.
