This project was an extensive seismic and MEP upgrades to an historic 20,000 sf warehouse and conversion to a state-of-the-art studio. Installation of brace frames, repair and strengthening of existing roof trusses, replacement of roof purlins, new roof diaphragm, reinforcing of masonry walls, repair/replacement of ex-siting structural slab and infill of existing rail spur. Award winning design and construction with publication in Architectural Trade magazine.
