This project is located on the 20th and 21st floors of 650 California Street in downtown San Francisco.
The scope of work includes: an open ceiling with acoustic clouds, custom lighting fixtures, millwork and an extensive frameless floor-to-ceiling glass partition to accentuate the surrounding views.
This project had a condensed preconstruction phase. Utilizing Lean practices, this team delivered occupancy from warm shell within a 12-week schedule.
