Tenant improvement of an open office space, conference, and break rooms. Scope included high-end finishes including specialty wood at ceilings and vertical atriums. Project consisted of an accelerated, overtime, 14-week schedule in an occupied space. Design/build MEP systems with exclusive fixtures.
