This project is located at the historic Ghirardelli Square Power House Building.
The scope of work included: construction of a new business and office areas, a micro kitchen, reception area, break room, conference rooms and open and private offices. The construction of this space also features: structural upgrades, exposed brick, open ceilings and a complete abatement of the full floor.
