This project is located at 600 Harrison Street, which has three entry points and retail services for the tower.
The double-height lobby renovation includes: an elevator retrofit, new neolith entry façade, 9Wood ceiling and walls, new front entry doors, new lobby finishes featuring custom light fixtures, new elevator cab interior finishes, and ADA upgrades.
This three-phase, design build project had the added challenges of creating solutions to navigate heavy pedestrian traffic and of maintaining a safe and inviting site.
