Korey’s interest in construction sparked at an early age. His father was a plumbing contractor, and as far back as Korey can remember, he was spending time on construction jobsites. Now a father himself, Korey’s children are his driver—he strives to provide the best life he can for them. One of his biggest challenges has been finding time to spend with family, while working diligently to grow in his career.
Korey shares, “What stands out to me about Dome is the genuine respect and appreciation for employees.” He values how Dome’s Core Values are embedded in daily tasks, making them essential for success in his role. What he appreciates most is how closely these values align with his own, making the decision to join Dome an easy one. Korey also credits his personal traits—reliability, positivity, and a strong work ethic—for helping him thrive in the industry.
