This year for the week of May 2nd thru May 6th, we demonstrated our support for National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction and Construction Safety Week by planning and executing safety events at our work sites.

Physical and Psychological Safety in the Workplace
This year, we wanted to continue that conversation we had last year about Psychological Safety in the workplace. This week we took the opportunity to focus on how psychological safety contributes to physical safety and what we are doing at Dome to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Ladder Safety Demonstrations
Ebbert Pacific one of Dome's partners for this weeks National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction helped us put on three field demonstrations for ladder safety. Our Dome Safety Team put on two of our own field demonstrations for ladder safety for a total of 5 of these demonstrations which helped us reach over 200 workers!

Fall Restraint Demonstrations
With the help of another of Dome's partner for National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction week Honeywell Miller put on 3 demonstrations for fall restrain systems and how to properly use them. With their help we were able to reach another 175+ workers!
