Meet our newest Project Executive, Kacie Young!
We’re excited to introduce our newest team member, Kacie Young, who will take on the Project Executive role for our San Francisco team. Let’s learn more about Kacie and her role within our organization.
As our Project Executive, Kacie’s primary focus is ensuring success across the board. Coordinating various teams, Kacie will balance expectations from all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal team members. Safety and compliance are paramount to Kacie, ensuring a risk-free work environment for our workers. With strong leadership and problem-solving skills, Kacie is determined to ensure our clients are beyond satisfied, knowing that Dome provides more than just a service.
As we head into 2023, Kacie eagerly looks forward to growing into her new role at Dome. She aims to secure more projects, build strong relationships with clients, and nurture the development of our team. Fostering positive connections with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle is a priority for her.

Kacie’s favorite aspect of her work is undoubtedly the people. She thrives in brainstorming sessions with designers, subcontractors, and our internal team, solving problems creatively and thinking outside the box. But what she cherishes the most is her impact on her team. Mentoring and inspiring others, and witnessing their growth and successes alongside hers, drives her passion for leadership.
Kacie’s typical day revolves around business development, fostering and nurturing client relationships, and pursuing new opportunities.
Growing up with three male role models in the construction industry—her father, stepfather, and uncle—Kacie’s passion for problem-solving and building was nurtured from a young age. Her diverse experience, starting as an intern and project coordinator and eventually touching every role in the industry, has given her a unique perspective.
As a woman in the construction industry, Kacie has seen a positive shift with more women on job sites. While progress’s still being made, witnessing how the industry is evolving is encouraging.
