Women in Construction Week takes place during the first whole week in March every year. Still, at Dome, we are committed to providing awareness, celebrating, and highlighting all the significant initiatives and work of women within the industry.
We are excited to recap the outstanding events we participated in and hosted this week. Throughout these initiatives, we try to shine the spotlight on some committed and dedicated group of women who encourage us to envision equity, work for a more diverse workplace and invite us to thrive, be who we are, and fight for more equitable opportunities in our industry.

#BreakTheBias Challenge
International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating women's social, economic, cultural, and political achievements. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.
International Women's Day has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people.
Whether deliberate or unconscious, the bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn't enough. Action is needed to level the playing field. Domites from all over California pledge to do their part to #BreaktheBias! Will you help break the bias?
