    The Construction Recruiter is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented candidates that meet Dome’s culture and skillset needs.

    The ideal candidate has:

    • 3-5 years of relevant A/E/C recruiting and HR experience.
      • Those with HR and administrative experience working at A/E/C companies strongly encouraged to apply.
    • Knowledge of effective practices for diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring.
    • Knowledge of basic employment laws/ordinances relative to hiring.
    • Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%).

    The Recruiter will serve many functions including:

    • Develop recruitment strategies with managers to identify talent and achieve specific hiring needs.
    • Chair the Recruiting Committee and College Internship program.
    • Participate in Infosessions, career fairs and college interview sessions.
    • Liaison between college, university and community college placement offices.
    • Direct the efforts of employment agencies and search firms, including negotiating and controlling employment-related fees.
    • Maintain accurate and current applicant data base.
    • Screen and interview applicants based on both soft skills and hard skills, debrief candidates before and after interviews.
    • Conduct employment verifications and maintain employee referral program.
    • Research, analyze, prepare and present on hiring and statistics as needed.
    • Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends to regularly source potential talent.

    Technical Function:

    • Knowledgeable federal, state and municipal law
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio.
    • Experience utilizing social media to support and highlight hiring needs (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook., Twitter, etc.).
    • Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Boolean certified and Greenhouse a plus.
    • Diversity certification preferred.
