    The Accounting Assistant will serve many functions including:

    We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support our Finance and Insurance team. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include Collecting Lien Waivers from various trade partners Supporting Insurance Coordinators in data entry, Processing trade partner invoices and setting up payment files. If you are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures and Insurance, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting and Insurance department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

    Personal Skills:

    • Supporting all areas of accounting dept. in addition to Insurance Dept.
    • Organizing and maintaining internal documents
    • Supporting lead team members on close out of Projects
    • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
    • Data entry
    • Calling, emailing Employees to collect outstanding credit card receipts


    • Open to learn and adaptable to changing responsibilities.
    • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
    • Hands-on experience with MS Excel
    • Organization skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
    • High School Diploma or greater
