Our Commitment

Building Better Outcomes

At Dome Construction, sustainability isn’t an initiative, it’s how we build. From jobsite practices to project outcomes, we’re reducing our environmental footprint while delivering lasting value for our clients and communities

Guided by Our Core Values

Our Same Values, Applied to Impact

Sustainability at Dome is an extension of who we already are. Our Core Values shape how we show up on every project:

Value Our People

We help build more resilient communities — the crews on our sites and the communities who live and work in what we build.

Seek To Understand

We stay close to the experts, the research, and our own numbers so our decisions are informed, not reactive.

Do It Right

We take ownership of our impact —  approaching sustainability with transparency, honesty, and integrity at every step

Behind Our Commitment

Certified. Measured. Verified.

Delivering LEED Certified Spaces

Dome Construction has built a strong track record managing efficient and high performance building projects. Our teams bring hands on LEED expertise to every phase of construction- from materials sourcing and waste diversion to indoor air quality and energy performance, helping clients achieve their certification goals without compromising schedule or budget.

Our Performance Metrics

Measuring our impact is the first step to reducing it

Baseline Year Performance

2024 is the first year we began fully measuring our emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3. We have established 2025 as the benchmark year against which all future reductions are measured.

Dome's SBTi Climate Pledge

Dome Construction’s near-term science-based emissions reduction targets have been validated by SBTi Services in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Corporate Near-Term Criteria.

Validated

Targets Confirmed by SBTi
Our near-term targets were reviewed against SBTi’s Corporate Near-Term Criteria and validated by SBTi Services.

Our Targets

By FY2035, from a FY2025 Base Year

Dome Construction has set a target to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 42.0% by FY2035 from a FY2025 base year.

Dome Construction has set a target to reduce absolute scope 3 GHG emissions 30.0% by FY2035 from a FY2025 base year.

What's Next

Delivery
Validation confirms our targets meet SBTi criteria. Our job now is delivery: cutting emissions from our own operations, jobsites and fleet, and working with our trade partners and suppliers on the materials and services that make up most of our footprint. We report progress each year in our GHG Report.

Third-Party Verified Sustainability

Our EcoVadis Rating

Dome Construction has earned a Committed badge through EcoVadis- one of the world’s most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings, evaluating companies across Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

Accountability Through Third Party Assessment

Partnering with an independent rating body ensures our sustainability claims are backed by verified evidence, not self-reported assumptions

Multi-Year Disclosure

Dome has participated in EcoVadis assessments over multiple cycles, strengthening our documentation, policies, and performance data with each submission

A Foundation, Not a Finish Line

Our Committed rating reflects real progress in our sustainability management systems, but we see it as a starting point. We are committed to continuous improvement across each EcoVadis pillar

Our Commitment Continues

Sustainability at Dome Construction isn't a milestone we've reached — it's a standard we hold ourselves to on every project, every year. From LEED-certified builds to our climate targets and EcoVadis performance, we're focused on measurable progress, not just good intentions
